On 22 June the ROE Charism Group held the third in a series of 3 symposia for senior leaders in Religious Order schools. This last session was themed ‘Charism: A Way of Living’ and explored with over 60 staff from many of our schools, how Charism is embedded into the everyday life of the school. With video contributions from headteachers, governors, chaplains, pastoral and teaching staff as well as from former and current pupils, a great overview was explored of the practices, policies and environment we shape in our schools that ensure that the order’s mission is truly understood and lived by the whole community.
Considering the time of year (just after TAGs were submitted) and the stresses of COVID-19 we were delighted by the energy and enthusiasm of the participants whose feedback can be seen on our Padlet resource page that accompanies this session:
